William is a graduate of Oxford University and has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management. William joined the Alden Group in 1980 after a short career as a cavalry officer in the British Army, becoming Managing Director in 1992.

He is the sixth generation to lead his family firm which was founded in Oxford in 1832. William was responsible for the globalisation of the Alden Group.

He first visited India in 1998, worked with a partner for 18 months and then set up Alden Prepress Services in Chennai as a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2000.

	Vinit founded OKS in 1985 from the living room of his West Philadelphia apartment. A lot has changed since then, but not the things that matter most. His goal then and remains today to provide companies with business process outsourcing services that are both affordable and of the highest quality. Vinit was educated at The Doon School and St. Stephen's College in India and holds an MBA from The Wharton School.
He comments, "I take pride in the fact that OKS' growth over the years has resulted in the education and improved standard of living of persons outside the Western Hemisphere, which has led these people to a broader understanding of the world. We have also established programs throughout our non-U.S. production areas specifically designed for employing women, young mothers with families to support, and educated youth. This is not something that shows up on a balance sheet, but at the end of the day it is what gives me the most satisfaction".

	Gowri joined OKS as the Director Offshore Operations with responsibility for the global delivery of all voice and data services out of our offshore locations. Gowri is a seasoned executive with 30 years of experience in multinational companies such as AT&T, FedEx, Holiday Inns in the US. He has degrees in Engineering from IIT Madras and The University of Texas, MS degree in Electronic Commerce from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Gowri is driving the company in using its cutting edge technological skills as a strategic tool for customer satisfaction.

Nigel has more than 20 years of experience in the Publishing/BPO industry. Having worked for major publishers such as Pergamon Press and Elsevier Science he is fully aware of the markets driving forces for today's publishers. Nigel has been heavily involved in the transition from "traditional" typesetting to an XML 1st workflow, working closely with the leading publishers in the market. In 2000 Nigel Moved to Chennai, as the executive Director of APPS. During his tenure the business has grown from 150 to nearly 500 staff and he has been instrumental in bringing new vertical revenue streams into the business such as Yellow age Ad creation, Premedia and Medical Transcription. Nigel has a MBA from Oxford Brookes University

	BalaChandran is a Charted Accountant with rich experience in corporate finance & accounting. He comes with experience in leadership roles with reputed organizations in India. He has a sound knowledge in UK GAAP & US GAAP also he was instrumental in setting up and successfully running a BPO multinational unit in India.

	Namratha comes with rich experience in HRD, Operations and BD, and has worked in industries like R&D, KPO/BPO, Legal and Public Sector. She is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) qualified and has completed her LLB (Hons), MBA and MA HRM from Kingston University, London. Her specialisation is in Knowledge Management, Training & Development and Organisational Behaviour.

	Sabitha has been in the IT field for more than 16 years and carries a wide range of varied experience. She had completed her MCA & MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University. Her expertise is in .NET Technology, System Architecture, SDLC and has specialized both in ERP and Industry automation.

	Meena has 13+ years of experience in KPO & BPO industry, joining Alden in 2001. Since then she has held several key positions in Training, Production and Technical Support functions. For a number of years she was responsible for journal production and now heads the STM SBU.Meena holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Madras University.

	Raghu is a Commerce graduate and has over 16 years of experience with leading organizations in Customer Care, Sales and Production in the KPO & BPO industry. Raghu has eight years of experience in the medical transcription field and has been with Alden right from the inception of the HealthCare Office solution division. Raghu now heads our UK/US Medical Transcription SBU of over 200 staff.
